Andrea is a Senior Online Editor. She’s rather practical when it comes to her plant babies: low maintenance is key!
The Echeveria shaviana or Mexican Hens is impossible not to love! Just look at the pretty leaves: matte-green, with a bit of purple, frizzy edges forming a beautiful rosette together. They’re also easy to take care of. Could a plant be more perfect? I don’t think so.
The Mexican Hens doesn’t need much, but a few things should be considered: they love a sunny, warm spot and are not too thirsty, so be careful not to overwater it!
